We are seeking an experienced Graphics Designer to create visually compelling graphics for digital and print media. The ideal candidate will have strong design expertise, a creative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:

Develop visually compelling graphics for digital and print media, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, social media graphics, and presentations.
Conceptualize and execute design projects from initial ideas to final production, maintaining high-quality standards throughout.
Stay updated on industry trends and design software to continually enhance the creative output.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an educational or nonprofit context.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and creative solutions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
A proactive and motivated candidate with a keen eye for detail and a passion for design.
