Key Responsibilities:

• Craft creative strategies and transform ideas into polished and impactful designs.
• Lead presentations, design briefs, and brainstorming sessions.
• Develop design systems, brand kits, and visual guidelines.
• Work with leadership to support product branding, marketing campaigns, and corporate visuals.
• Mentor and supervise junior designers and freelancers.
• Ensure high design standards and deliver flawless creative output.
• Strong portfolio highlighting digital campaigns, social media creatives, branding, and motion graphics.
• Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and similar tools along with AI.
• Ability to think strategically and visually.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for design innovation.
