We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer And Video Editor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing flyers, editing videos, and creating visual content that aligns with our company's brand and design guidelines. Your work will help enhance our online presence and communicate our brand story effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Design professional graphics for property listings, visa promotions, training programs, and marketing materials
Design flyers and marketing materials that align with company branding
Edit videos for social media, promotional campaigns, and website content
Ensure all designs and videos follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency
Create engaging video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, etc.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content and produce video/photo material
Edit videos for real estate walkthroughs, testimonials, student success stories, and educational content
Create and schedule content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Collaborate with teams for content planning, shoot coordination, and strategy
Maintain consistency in design and messaging across both company divisions
Learn and implement ad boosting and digital promotion techniques (training provided)
Stay up to date with the latest design trends and video production techniques
