Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing the organization’s social media platforms, creating engaging content, and supporting digital marketing initiatives. The role also involves basic photography, content boosting, and handling administrative and front desk tasks as required under the guidance of superiors.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the organization’s social media presence across platforms.
Create, edit, and post engaging content including images, videos, and written material.
Capture and upload event photos to social media platforms.
Monitor social media channels and respond to queries in a timely manner.
Boost social media posts to increase reach and engagement.
Utilize digital marketing tools to analyze performance and optimize campaigns.
Develop creative content ideas aligned with the organization’s branding and communication strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams for content planning and scheduling.
Act as a smart, professional, and presentable representative of the organization

Additional Responsibilities:

Support administrative tasks and front desk duties as assigned by superiors.
Maintain a professional demeanor and act as the face of the company in various interactions.
Flexibility to work beyond regular hours to support events, campaigns, or urgent tasks as required.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree or Professional Certification in Digital Marketing.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
Proficiency in photography and basic photo/video editing.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., analytics, scheduling, advertising platforms).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Presentable, professional, and capable of representing the company positively.
Adaptable and flexible with working hours when necessary.

Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 10 AM - 6 PM (Flexible schedule available as needed)
