Objective of the Job :
- Work as a core to a marketing or promotional concept, Prepares visual presentations by designing art and copy layouts, To assist sales and marketing management with communication media & advertising materials to effectively represent the company’s product & services to customer & prospect and to coordinate with the brand owners.

Coordination with : Employees of all Departments
With external Institutions : Agents, Advertising Agencies, Media and other relevant external institutions and individuals
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
- Working on the design ideas and their implementation for the products and promotions.
- Illustrates & plans concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
- Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
- Required not only to work with electronic media , but also to create company publishing materials (design flyers, magazines, business cards, posters, leaflets, billboards, standees) and any other material used for communication & promotion activities
- Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and Internet websites.
- Creating the design for company adds in newspaper, magazines, events, collaterals etc.
- Prepare illustrations or rough sketches of material, discussing them with concerned supervisors and making necessary changes.
- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas for product logos and packaging.
- Design using a wide range of media, including photography &computer aided design.
- Study illustrations and photographs to plan presentation of materials, products, or services.
- Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies.
- Perform accurate and high quality work.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Coordination:
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for marketing activities.
- Coordinate with the media for the advertising and promotional activities and event management.
- Coordinate with HR department for hiring manpower, and necessary training needed.
- Coordinating with the finance department for the approval of the budget.
