TIBETAN HANDICRAFT & PAPER PVT. LTD. (THP) is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support brand development, product presentation, and digital communication under the Kathmandu Expansion & Design Innovation Project. The Graphic Designer will play a key role in strengthening THP’s visual identity, enhancing product packaging, and supporting marketing campaigns for handmade paper and handicraft products.

Duty Station: Kathmandu

Key Responsibilities

A. Digital Marketing & Content

Manage and maintain THP’s social media platforms with regular, strategic content.
Develop and follow a structured content calendar in coordination with the Project Manager.
Ensure continuous flow of digital content aligned with brand tone and project goals.
Monitor engagement metrics and recommend improvements.

B. Branding & Visual Communication

Produce digital design materials using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Ensure all outputs align with THP’s brand book and visual identity guidelines.
Support creation of marketing collateral including product visuals, catalogues, and campaign materials.

C. Website & Online Presence

Manage and update THP’s website via Word Press.
Coordinate content updates, product uploads, and structural improvements.
Ensure website consistency with brand positioning and marketing campaigns.

D. Research & Strategy Support

Conduct market and competitor research to support brand positioning.
Support SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility
Track digital trends and suggest relevant opportunities.

E. Collaboration & Planning

Work closely with the Project Manager to co-create and implement communication plans.
Align marketing activities with company goals and project milestones.
Maintain documentation of marketing activities and performance.

Additional Responsibilities

Support photo/video documentation for campaigns.
Assist in preparing promotional materials for exhibitions and trade events.
Maintain digital asset archives (photos, graphics, and videos).
Coordinate with production and product development teams for storytelling content.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Diploma Certificate

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (preferred).
Knowledge of social media management tools.
Understanding of SEO and SEM principles.
Experience with Word Press.
Strong visual sense and attention to brand consistency.
Good communication and organizational skills.
