Department: Marketing / Creative
Reports To: Marketing Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer to visually execute brand and marketing communication. The ideal candidate will support both digital and trade marketing by creating engaging visuals, social media creatives, product posters, banners, and POSM materials to strengthen brand presence and campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual & Branding Execution:

Design visuals for brand and marketing communication.
Support trade and digital marketing initiatives with engaging creative materials.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual content.
Digital & Social Media Design
Create social media creatives for campaigns and promotions.
Design digital banners, posts, and marketing visuals.

Print & POSM Materials:

Design product posters, banners, and point-of-sale materials.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to meet campaign requirements.

Collaboration & Support:

Work closely with marketing and trade teams to implement visual communication strategies.
Maintain high quality and consistency in all creative outputs.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Visual Designer.
Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, campaign designs, product posters, banners, and POSM.
Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
Ability to collaborate with marketing and trade teams to execute visuals.
