Summary:
The key responsibilities of the Graphic Designer includes designing a variety of branding materials such as menus, signages, tent cards, and social media posts, ensuring they reflect brand standards and support marketing objectives. Additionally, the Graphic Designer also supports social media management by assisting the Creative Head and Marketing Officer to create engaging posts and content. This role also includes researching industry trends and consumer preferences to inspire branding and promotional ideas, and generating innovative concepts that align with Himalayan Java's brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
Researching and Idea Generation
- Conduct Research: Stay informed about the latest industry trends, and evolving consumer preferences to inspire and guide the creation of branding materials and promotional campaigns.
- Generate Concepts: Develop innovative and engaging ideas for branding materials and promotional campaigns that align with Himalayan Java’s brand identity and goals.
Design Creation
- Menu and Branding Materials: Design and assist in creating a range of materials including menus, side menu, tent cards, signages and other branding assets that reflect the brand's image and messaging.
- Event Materials: Design and produce materials for upcoming events, ensuring all designs are visually appealing and aligned with event objectives.
Marketing Support
- Assist the Marketing Officer: Collaborate with the Marketing Officer to provide necessary designs for branding materials, ensuring they meet the specified requirements and align with brand guidelines.
- Social Media Content: Work alongside the Marketing Officer and Creative Head to create engaging content for social media platforms and promotional campaigns.
Brand Consistency
- Maintain Brand Standards: Ensure that all designs and branding materials consistently adhere to Himalayan Java’s established brand standards and aesthetic across various platforms and media.
Social Media Management
- Design Social Media Posts: Create and manage visually appealing social media posts that drive engagement and align with ongoing promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Content Assistance: Help in crafting and refining content for social media to enhance brand presence and interaction with the audience.
Trend Awareness
- Keep up-to-date with current design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure that all design work is innovative.
Collaboration and Brainstorming
- Participate in Brainstorming: Join brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions for marketing strategies and branding initiatives.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Officer and Creative Head to develop and refine concepts, ensuring all design work supports the marketing objectives.
