Job Overview:

 We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphics Designer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, project management, and team leadership, with the ability to create innovative visual solutions that align with our brand identity and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Handle multiple design projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Creative Leadership: Develop innovative design concepts, mentor junior designers, and stay updated on industry trends.
• Design Creation: Produce high-quality visuals for print, digital, and multimedia platforms, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Team Collaboration: Understand design requirements, present concepts, and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Team Work: Foster a collaborative team environment, conduct evaluations, and promote continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in graphic design, with 2+ years in a senior or leadership role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc).
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work across platforms.
• Project Management: Experience managing design timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership abilities.
