About the job

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality graphics, including images, illustrations, info graphics, and visual content for digital and print media
• Design attention-grabbing banners, ads, and promotional materials to enhance the company's social media presence
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for social media campaigns
• Ensure the graphics align with the brand's visual identity and message
• Resize and format images to suit various social media platforms and their specific requirements
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and social media best practices to ensure content is relevant and engaging
• Enhance and retouch images as needed for social media posts
• Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
• Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the company
• Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines
• Effectively communicate and present design concepts and ideas to team members and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a creative field
• Candidates with prior experience as a graphic designer are preferred
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Knowledge of social media platforms and their design requirements
• A portfolio demonstrating your design capabilities and social media graphics work is a plus
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
• Experience with both print and digital media
• Good communication and teamwork skills
