Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer at Reizvoll Cosmetics, you will play a key role in developing visually captivating content that communicates our brand's message across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to create visually stunning and engaging content for various platforms, including social media, print materials, packaging, and digital campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Designing promotional materials, including social media graphics, website assets, advertisements, and print designs as per the marketing team's plan.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different print materials.
• Conduct necessary research to formulate ideas or support the aspects of the creative processes to create original and captivating visual designs.
• Familiarizing themselves with the product, target audience, and necessary activities in the market through the team or by themselves for original and compelling visual communication.
• Support the team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns.
• Design and edit with a purpose, creating graphics and videos that not only look fantastic but also align perfectly with our growth-driven marketing strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging design technologies to continually enhance design skills and techniques.
• Utilize photo retouching skills to enhance product images, model photographs, and other visual assets as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven 2 years experience as a graphic designer.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
• Ability and confidence to interact, communicate, and present ideas.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Proficiency in photo retouching techniques to enhance product and model images.
