We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer and Fluently English Nepali Typing to join our team at I. Globe Foundation. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in graphic design, and the ability to use online communication tools, such as Zoom, for conducting online exams. This position can be either full-time or part-time, depending on the candidate's availability and preference.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing designs for various digital and print materials, including brochures, posters, social media content, and website graphics.
• Having sound typing Skill (Fluently English & Nepali)
• Collaborate with the marketing and communication teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Use Zoom and other online tools to conduct online exams or assessments as needed.
• Ensure all design elements align with the organization's brand guidelines and messaging.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques.
• Communicate effectively with team members to gather feedback and make necessary revisions.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in graphic design.
• Proficient in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with online communication tools, particularly Zoom, for conducting exams.
• Typing proficiency and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of web design principles and basic HTML/CSS.
