Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Grade Teacher (PG–UKG) to join our school for the new academic session 2026–2027, responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment that supports the holistic growth of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for preschoolers (PG - UKG).
Implement innovative teaching methodologies tailored to young learners' needs.
Cultivate intellectual, emotional, and spiritual growth through interactive and stimulating lessons.
Communicate effectively and empathetically with children, maintaining a patient and friendly demeanor.
Design imaginative and impactful lessons to facilitate exploration and learning.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and basic IT skills.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Mature and evolved professional with relevant expertise in early childhood education.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to connect and communicate effectively with young children.
Creative mindset with the ability to craft memorable and unconventional lessons.
Passionate about shaping and inspiring young minds.
Familiarity with essential IT tools for educational purposes.
School timing: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
