• Actively engage in continuous professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay abreast of changes and developments in educational practices, contributing to personal and career growth within the dynamic educational landscape.
  
• Take ownership of the academic progress of a class of primary-age pupils, ensuring effective planning, delivery, and assessment of the curriculum to meet the individual needs of students, fostering an environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.
  
• Embrace a comprehensive approach to education by promoting not only academic excellence but also actively participating in and facilitating students' involvement in Extracurricular Activities (ECAs), Co-Curricular Activities (CCAs), and life skills development, contributing to the holistic growth of each child.
