Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Grade Teacher for UKG to 3 to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position must have prior experience in teaching students with Autism, although it is not a mandatory requirement.

Responsibilities:

Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the UKG to 3 curriculum
Utilize various teaching methods and techniques to accommodate different learning styles
Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment for students with Autism
Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a well-rounded educational experience for students
Plan and organize special events and activities for students to enhance their learning experience
Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions as required
Keep accurate records of attendance, grades, and other important information

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field
Prior experience working with students with Autism is preferred
Strong knowledge of the UKG to 3 curriculum and teaching methods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to different teaching methods according to students' needs
Patience, empathy, and understanding towards students' individual needs
Strong organizational and time-management skills
