Role Overview

This is an on-site position based at our Thamel office. You’ll be responsible for implementing GoHighLevel CRM, developing and maintaining websites and booking platforms, and integrating AI and automation tools into our daily business operations.

This is not a typical nine-to-five group job — it’s for someone who can work independently, think critically, and take initiative. You’ll often need to find answers on your own through research, reading technical resources, participating in online forums, or consulting with industry peers.

You must also be willing to occasionally work extended hours when needed to complete projects or solve key technical challenges. This role rewards curiosity, commitment, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and customize GoHighLevel CRM workflows and automations.
Develop and maintain websites and e-commerce systems.
Integrate AI tools, APIs, and automation workflows to improve performance.
Research and troubleshoot independently to find effective, scalable solutions.
Work on marketing and technology projects in addition to travel systems.
Collaborate with teams in Nepal and the U.S. as needed.
Occasionally work extended hours to meet project goals.
Document and replicate successful solutions for reuse.
