This pivotal role is designed for a strategic thinker who can provide comprehensive financial leadership, ensuring the organization’s financial sustainability while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement robust financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and long-term growth plans.
Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring departmental budgets align with organizational priorities.
Oversee all financial reporting and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Manage treasury operations, optimizing cash flow and working capital to support uninterrupted business operations.
Evaluate investment proposals and assess their financial viability to guide strategic decision-making.
Implement cost control strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
Establish comprehensive financial risk management strategies to safeguard the organization’s assets.
Ensure compliance with taxation laws and oversee timely filing of tax returns and statutory submissions.
Lead and mentor the Finance Department, fostering a culture of integrity and accountability.
Prepare and present detailed financial reports to the Managing Director and Board of Directors.

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, or CPA are highly preferred.
8–10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 4 years in a senior financial leadership role.
Strong knowledge of financial management, corporate finance, and budgeting & forecasting.
Proven skills in financial analysis, strategic planning, and decision-making.

Technical Knowledge: Deep expertise in Corporate Finance, Financial Planning, Treasury Management, NFRS/IAS Standards, Nepalese Taxation Laws (Income Tax, VAT, TDS), and Statutory Audits.
Investment & Feasibility: Strong ability to evaluate complex real estate investment proposals, calculate IRR, NPV, ROI, and payback periods for major capital projects.
Leadership & Team Management: Proven track record in leading and mentoring finance teams, setting departmental KPIs, and driving a performance culture.
Strategic Advisory: Experience serving as a principal financial advisor to the Managing Director and Board of Directors on capital structure, debt financing, and long-term financial growth.
Integrity & Governance: Uncompromising commitment to ethical standards, financial transparency, corporate governance, and strict confidentiality.
