Title: Head of Talent Acquisition (Global)

Reports to: Head of People Strategy

Role Summary

  • Develop and monitor Talent Acquisition SOP, Policy and processes
  • Relationship Management and global talent acquisition outreach
  • Talent Pipelining of critical roles Globally (Usually Senior Leadership and Key Roles in each businesses)
  • Govern talent acquisition process compliances across all companies within Chaudhary Group

Detailed Roles

Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:

  • Utilize various channels such as social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates for critical roles handled by COE team
  • Proactively build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Employ innovative sourcing techniques to reach passive candidates and diverse talent pools.
  • Lead the recruitment team in executing effective sourcing and acquisition strategies and alongside it ensure unit HR teams are empowered well to perform their talent acquisition independently

Candidate Screening and Assessment:

  • Develop and implement candidate screening and assessment processes to ensure the selection of high-quality candidates.
  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and motivations.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, with hiring managers and team members.

Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and preferences, providing guidance and support as needed.

Recruitment Process Management:

  • Develop and maintain talent acquisition standard operating procedures (SOPs) and governance frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment CRM.

Employer Branding and Outreach:

  • Lead employer branding efforts to promote the organization as an employer of choice through various channels.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, industry events, and other networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to develop compelling recruitment marketing materials and campaigns.

Metrics Assessment:

  • Assess key talent acquisition metrics such as cost per hire, time to hire, and value for hire for process optimization and excellence.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to senior leadership.
