Role Description

  • This is a remote internship role for a Global Sales Development Intern at Desert Digital OÜ. The Global Sales Intern will be responsible for market research, outreaching the clients, providing customer service, sales activities, training, and assisting in sales management tasks. You will be responsible for:
  • Identifying and qualifying new sales leads: Utilizing various prospecting techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, cold calling, email marketing) to identify and qualify potential clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships: Developing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Closing deals: Negotiating and closing sales deals effectively and efficiently.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets: Consistently achieving and surpassing individual and team sales goals.
  • Staying informed: Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

(It is not an unpaid internship. It is a high commission based paid internship)


Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven sales track record: (Preferred but mandatory) Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets in a previous sales role (preferably in digital industry).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation: Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented: Ability to identify and overcome challenges, and find creative solutions to meet client needs.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong technology skills: Proficiency in using CRM software, email marketing tools, and other sales-related technologies.
