Function

• Responsible for developing the GIS for location tracking of project, helping to identify geospatial issues and tracking geospatial progress of the program.
• Once initial GIS is established, in addition to maintenance, analysis, and reporting from the GIS; should also support the MIS Specialist that can provide GIS and MIS system maintenance and outputs.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Information Management/Geography or a related field
  
• Experience developing/managing GIS for tracking status and reporting of infrastructure project development 
• Experience in application of relevant GIS for linear, donor-funded projects 
• Proven team player capable of working with a team of multidisciplinary and multi-cultural specialists 
• Excellent written/oral communication  skills in English
