• MBA in Sales and Marketing. Minimum experience of 10 years, of which at least 5 years of experience as the head of Sales in relevant industries i.e. Cement, Steel or Paints

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credible and effectiveley at all levels of the organization 
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure
