MBA in Sales and Marketing. Minimum experience of 10 years, of which at least 5 years of experience as the head of Sales in relevant industries i.e. Cement, Steel or Paints
Successful previous experience as the Head of Sales ion similar industries, with consistency in meeting or exceeding targets
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credible and effectiveley at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
