Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager Operations at gabion wiretech pvt ltd in hetauda industrial area. The General Manager Operations will oversee daily operations, financial operations , tax compliance, set strategic goals, manage budgets, and ensure efficient processes across different departments. They will also lead and coordinate teams, drive productivity, and report to managing director.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of operations management and finance and software.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• past position of finance head in a reputable manufacturing firm .
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of financial management
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and ( ca certification is a plus )
