Hotel Ichchha, a premier 5-star luxury destination situated in Simara, is seeking a visionary, dynamic, and results-driven General Manager to lead our executive leadership team.

As a premier hospitality landmark, we are committed to delivering world-class luxury, impeccable guest experiences, and operational excellence. We are looking for an exceptional leader who can steer our strategic vision, elevate our market presence, and maintain the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive revenue growth, maximize profitability, and enhance brand positioning in the regional and national luxury market.
Operational Oversight: Direct and coordinate all hotel operations—including rooms division, food and beverage, culinary, sales and marketing, finance, and engineering—ensuring seamless day-to-day execution.
Guest Experience & Quality Assurance: Uphold uncompromising standards of service quality, guest satisfaction, and luxury hospitality norms, proactively resolving complex guest relations issues.
Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and capital expenditure planning to achieve financial targets and maximize asset value.
Talent Development: Mentor, lead, and inspire department heads and team members, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high performance.
Stakeholder & Public Relations: Serve as the primary brand ambassador for Hotel Ichchha, building strategic partnerships, maintaining strong local and corporate relationships, and upholding elite community and regulatory standards.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Experience: Minimum of 10–15 years of progressive hospitality management experience, with at least 3–5 years successfully serving as a General Manager or Hotel Manager within an internationally branded 3-star, 4-star, or 5-star luxury property.
Leadership Acumen: Demonstrated success in financial performance management, revenue optimization, strategic planning, and luxury service standards.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural leadership skills with a hands-on, proactive management style.
