The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the company, ensuring the efficient and profitable functioning of the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent public relations (PR) skills, and the ability to lead and inspire teams. This role requires strategic planning, team management, and the ability to drive business growth while maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and direction to all hotel departments to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve the hotel’s business goals, focusing on profitability and market positioning.
Drive sales initiatives, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders to maximize business opportunities.
Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring all departments are aligned with the hotel’s objectives and standards.
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and sales targets to ensure optimal results.
Maintain strong public relations and engage with clients, partners, and the community to promote the hotel's brand and image.
Lead, train, and motivate staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure compliance with hospitality industry standards, health regulations, and company policies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns to enhance visibility and sales.
Identify new business opportunities and trends, adapting strategies to meet market demands.
