We are using modern technologies to make earthquake resistant, temperature insulating and Eco-friendly buildings. This types of buildings are removable, re-usable and refundable. We assure 80% investment refundable. We are more focused on commercial construction where clients can get return of their investment within 3 years.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that are in alliance with overall business strategy of the organization.
  • Assist in hiring, including developing job descriptions and job advertisements, and screening and interviewing candidates.
  • Manage recruitment and selection.
  • Manages employee trainings and appraisals.
  • Conduct annual salary surveys.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, files and reports, including responsibility for maintaining personnel records.
  • Contribute for the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Plan and coordinate an organization’s workforce to best use employees’ talents.
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of specialists and support staff.
  • Handle staffing issues, such as mediating disputes, firing employees, and directing disciplinary procedures
  • Coaching line managers for the informal resolution of employment issues
  • Managing grievance and disciplinary processes relating to teaching staff
  • Tracking, managing and actioning employee compensations and ensuring proper approval process is followed.
  • Keep up to date with legislative changes.
  • Conduct any other related duties as required.
