Job Description

Develop and implement HR strategies that are in alliance with overall business strategy of the organization.
Assist in hiring, including developing job descriptions and job advertisements, and screening and interviewing candidates.
Manage recruitment and selection.
Manages employee trainings and appraisals.
Conduct annual salary surveys.
Prepare and maintain accurate records, files and reports, including responsibility for maintaining personnel records.
Contribute for the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Plan and coordinate an organization’s workforce to best use employees’ talents.
Coordinate and supervise the work of specialists and support staff.
Handle staffing issues, such as mediating disputes, firing employees, and directing disciplinary procedures
Coaching line managers for the informal resolution of employment issues
Managing grievance and disciplinary processes relating to teaching staff
Tracking, managing and actioning employee compensations and ensuring proper approval process is followed.
Keep up to date with legislative changes.
Conduct any other related duties as required.
