Are you an accounting professional with a knack for financial strategy and optimization? We’re excited to bring on General Accountant who will play a crucial role in strengthening our accounting and financial operations.

Role & Responsibilities:

As a Senior Accountant, you will:

Develop & Optimize Systems: Improve and automate processes for invoicing, receipt management, and reporting using Tally.
Manage Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly and annual reports, including profit/loss statements, and manage bank reconciliations and tax filings (VAT, TDS).
Lead the Team: Oversee and train the accounting team, enforcing SOPs and setting KPIs for team growth.
Ensure SOP Adherence: Implement the company’s financial SOPs, handling invoicing, payment collection, transaction entries, and weekly/monthly reconciliations.
Drive Financial Strategy: Support management with strategies to reduce costs, improve profitability, and enhance the company's financial health.
