We are seeking experienced Functional Consultants to join our ERP solutions team. The ideal candidates will have a strong functional background in ERP systems and experience working with clients to implement and configure ERP solutions to meet their business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure and customize the ERP system to meet client requirements.
• Conduct user training and support clients throughout the implementation process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Document functional specifications and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Participate in product testing and provide feedback to product development teams.
• Take ownership for the module/s Logistics, Production, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory Management and Financials
• Ensure projects are delivered to customers’ satisfaction within time and on budget.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Functional Consultant or similar role.
• Functional skills in ERP systems such as SAP is a plus
• Experience with ERP implementation and configuration projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to develop creative solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Customer-focused mindset and commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
