About the job

We are seeking experienced Functional Consultants to join our ERP solutions team. The ideal candidates will have a strong functional background in ERP systems and experience working with clients to implement and configure ERP solutions to meet their business needs.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Configure and customize the ERP system to meet client requirements.
Conduct user training and support clients throughout the implementation process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Document functional specifications and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Participate in product testing and provide feedback to product development teams.
Take ownership for the module/s Logistics, Production, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory Management and Financials
Ensure projects are delivered to customers’ satisfaction within time and on budget.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience as a Functional Consultant or similar role.
Functional skills in ERP systems such as SAP is a plus
Experience with ERP implementation and configuration projects.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to develop creative solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
Customer-focused mindset and commitment to providing exceptional service.
Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
