Job Title: Full Stack Web Developer

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a Full Stack Web Developer to build and maintain web applications, focusing on both front-end and back-end development. You'll collaborate with designers, write clean code, optimize performance, and troubleshoot issues. Strong skills in web technologies and teamwork are essential.

Key Responsibilities

•  Design and develop front-end and back-end components of web applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and other web technologies. 
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. 
• Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and security. 
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring high performance and browser compatibility. 
• Maintain, update, and improve existing websites and web applications. 
• Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed. 
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to other developers. 
• Stay up to date with industry trends, web standards, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 
• Proven experience as a Web Developer or in a similar role. 
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery. 
• Experience with back-end technologies: Node.js, Python or similar. 
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (React, Angular, etc.).
• Experience with web development tools such as Git, Webpack, or npm. 
• Knowledge of database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Neo4j). 
• Understanding of web security and performance optimization. 
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications 

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and web hosting. 
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. 
• Experience with server-side rendering and API development. 
• Understanding of version control systems like SVN, GitHub, or GitLab. 
• Background in UI/UX design is a plus.
