About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Odoo Developer and Implementor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customising, and implementing Odoo ERP and CRM solutions to meet business needs. This role requires expertise in both backend and frontend Odoo development, database management, and business process automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules for various business functions.
• Implement and configure Odoo ERP and CRM solutions based on client or internal requirements.
• Work on both backend (Python, PostgreSQL) and frontend (JavaScript, XML, QWeb) development.
• Optimize and troubleshoot existing Odoo applications to enhance performance.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications using APIs and web services.
• Conduct requirement analysis, gather feedback, and suggest ERP improvements.
• Develop and customize reports, dashboards, and user interfaces.
• Provide technical support and training for end-users.
• Stay updated on Odoo best practices, new features, and security updates.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience in Odoo development (Python, XML, JavaScript, QWeb).
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and database optimization.
• Experience with Odoo API integrations and external system connectivity.
• Knowledge of frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap) for UI customizations.
• Ability to analyze business processes and implement ERP and CRM solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience in Odoo implementation, migration, and deployment.
• Familiarity with Linux server environments for Odoo installation and maintenance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Odoo certification or relevant training.
• Experience working with multiple versions of Odoo.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (Docker, Git, CI/CD) for Odoo deployment.
• Previous experience in ERP and CRM consulting and business process automation.
