Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer - Next.js / Node.js who is passionate about developing high-quality, performance-driven web applications and capable of handling both frontend and backend development responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Front-End Development:

Develop high-performance, interactive, and responsive user interfaces using
Implement modern UI Frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or Chakra UI) to ensure design consistency and rapid development.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, SEO (using SSR/SSG), and scalability.

Back-End & Automation:

Build and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js.
Design and implement Cron Jobs and scheduled tasks to automate business processes, data synchronization, and reporting.
Write server-side logic to handle complex calculations and data processing.

Database & Cloud Infrastructure:

Architect and manage databases using Google Firebase (Firestore/Realtime Database).
Implement secure authentication and user management flows using Firebase Auth.
Deploy and manage serverless backend logic using Firebase Cloud Functions.

DevOps & Collaboration:

Maintain code quality and version control using GitHub, including managing branches, pull requests, and code reviews.
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines (via GitHub Actions) for automated testing and deployment.
Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Undergraduate)

Experience: More than 3 years in Full Stack Development with Next.js and Node.js

Core Stack (Must-Haves):

Next.js & React: Deep understanding of Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and React Hooks.
Node.js: specific experience with frameworks like Express.js or NestJS.
UI Frameworks: Proficiency in Tailwind CSS (preferred), Material UI, or similar component libraries.
Firebase Ecosystem: Hands-on experience with Firestore, Firebase Auth, Cloud Functions, and Firebase Hosting.
Automation: Proven experience creating and maintaining Cron Jobs (using packages like node-cron or server-level crontabs) and handling background tasks.
Version Control: Advanced proficiency with GitHub, including branching strategies (Gitflow) and resolving merge conflicts.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Haves):

TypeScript: Strong typing experience for both frontend and backend.
Testing: Experience with Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library.
Cloud Concepts: Basic understanding of Docker or containerization.

Note: Salary is negotiable based on the candidate’s experience and skills.
