Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a talented and motivated mid-level Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience in both backend and frontend development, with a focus on scalable, maintainable code and modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript
Design and implement RESTful APIs ensuring high performance and responsiveness
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices
Develop and maintain user interfaces with React.js and TypeScript
Manage application state using Redux, Zustand, or Context API
Ensure responsive and cross-browser compatible front-end design
Optimize database schemas and queries for performance and scalability
Implement caching and session management using Redis
Collaborate with DevOps for version control, containerization, and deployment pipelines
Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience in full-stack development

Technical Requirements:

Backend (Node.js + TypeScript)

Strong hands-on experience developing backend services using Node.js with TypeScript
Hands-on experience with Express.js / NestJS
RESTful API design & development
Experience with ORM (Prisma, TypeORM, Sequelize, ObjectionJS)
Writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code
Experience with queuing and messaging systems such as Apache Kafka

Frontend (TypeScript)

Strong hands-on experience building user interfaces using React.js with TypeScript
State management (Redux, Zustand, Context API)
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, ES6+
Experience with UI libraries (Ant Design, Shadcn, Tailwind CSS)
Strong experience building responsive and cross-browser compatible user interfaces

Database & Caching

Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL / MySQL / MSSQL)
Strong experience designing database schemas and optimizing SQL queries for performance
Hands-on experience using Redis for caching, session management, or rate limiting

DevOps & Tools

Strong experience using Git for version control, including GitHub or GitLab
Experience with Docker and containerized applications (nice to have)
CI/CD pipelines (nice to have)
