• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
• Front-End Support: Ensure seamless handoff of designs to developers, with basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive frameworks.
• Continuous Improvement: Conduct usability tests, gather feedback, and refine designs to meet user needs and business goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UX/UI and graphic design.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and user-centered design principles.
• Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS is a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
