We are currently looking for a Front-End Engineer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Write and review testable, scalable JavaScript code that supports and enhances data visualizations. 
• Translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application 
• Build modular, reusable components and features 
• Support and nurture frontend real-time feeds and APIs 
• Continuously work to bolster front-end design and implementation processes in order to improve quality and efficiency 
• Strike a balance between functional and aesthetic design 
• Ensure web design is optimized for smartphones 
• Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features 
• Reporting to the Project Manager/Team Leader regarding the progress, impediments of assigned project/tasks 
• Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability 
• Maintaining brand consistency throughout the design 
• Continuously learn best practices and latest technology and trends 

Skills & Qualifications: 

• Bachelors of Science in Computer Science or related field 
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience 
• Expert knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, & CSS. 
• Knowledge of modern JavaScript framework (React) 
• Familiarity with APIs and RESTful services
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, and partial page updates 
• Knowledge and experience of Agile Methodology and project management tool
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design as well as graphic design applications 
• Understanding of SEO principles 
• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD tools. (Good to have) 
• Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux
• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software 
• Good Knowledge of GIT and Version Control 
• Experience in Material UI, Tailwind CSS, SASS
