Roles and responsibilities of this job

Position 2: Frontend Developer (UI/UX Focus)

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement user-facing features using React and Next.js.
Create responsive and accessible web designs.
Collaborate with the Full Stack Developer to integrate front-end components with back-end systems.
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
Ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency.
Implement and maintain UI/UX best practices.
Participate in the ideation and creation of new features.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or related field.
2+ years of experience in frontend development.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with React.js and Next.js.
Solid understanding of responsive design principles.
Familiarity with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
Experience with version control systems (Git).
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, or Recoil).
Familiarity with CSS-in-JS solutions (styled-components, Emotion).
Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
Experience with animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP).
Familiarity with bid management or project management software UI/UX.

Both positions will report directly to the Product Owner/Manager and will be responsible for the development and maintenance of BidFlow. The team will work collaboratively to ensure the successful implementation and deployment of the software on GCP/Vercel platforms.
