Position 2: Frontend Developer (UI/UX Focus)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement user-facing features using React and Next.js.
• Create responsive and accessible web designs.
• Collaborate with the Full Stack Developer to integrate front-end components with back-end systems.
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency.
• Implement and maintain UI/UX best practices.
• Participate in the ideation and creation of new features.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with React.js and Next.js.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
• Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, or Recoil).
• Familiarity with CSS-in-JS solutions (styled-components, Emotion).
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience with animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP).
• Familiarity with bid management or project management software UI/UX.

Both positions will report directly to the Product Owner/Manager and will be responsible for the development and maintenance of BidFlow. The team will work collaboratively to ensure the successful implementation and deployment of the software on GCP/Vercel platforms.
