Roles and responsibilities of this job
Attend and manage incoming phone calls professionally
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on inquiries
Maintain a list/database of prospective leads and update it regularly
Support basic marketing activities by coordinating leads and inquiries, making the work of marketing personnel easier
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner
Handle front desk administration, including:
Registration of visitors/clients
Preparing basic documents and records
Maintaining files and office records
Prepare and share quotations as instructed by the management or sales team
Coordinate with back-office and technical staff for smooth daily operations
Track and maintain staff attendance and basic office reporting
Ensure the front desk area is organized and represents the company professionally
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management

Education & Experience:
Minimum +2 / Bachelor’s degree (Management, IT, or related field preferred)
Prior experience as a front desk assistant, receptionist, or administrative staff will be an advantage
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Skills & Competencies:
Good verbal and written communication skills in Nepali and English.
Confident in phone handling and professional conversation with clients
Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Word, Excel, email, internet)
Ability to prepare quotations, basic documents, and reports
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Basic understanding of sales/marketing coordination is an advantage
Ability to coordinate smoothly with marketing, back-office, and technical teams

Ability to handle pressure and maintain composure
