Job Description

  • Oversee all front desk operations including check-in, check-out, and guest services to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Train, supervise, and support front desk staff to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Manage room reservations and ensure accurate billing and payment processes.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze occupancy rates, revenue, and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and budget management.
