Job Description

Education Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or related field.

Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in related field; preferably in 4-5 star hotel properties


  • Assign room according to guest request and preferences whenever possible
  • Block rooms and identify designated requirements and requests (e.g., guaranteed room types, special requests, VIP's, early arrivals, guest recognition)
