Fluency in English and Nepali, both written and verbal, and excellent communication and translation skills; ability to type in Nepali preferred.
Proven experience of being able to handle multiple tasks at the same time under pressure.
Manage front office desk, including handling official calls (incoming and outgoing)
Maintain an effective filing system for all correspondence and receiving visitors
Maintain confidential records or personal information of the employee.
Attendance, and leave monitoring of employees
Coordinate with vendors for official purchases.
Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries
Preparing official letters, presentations, and reports
Assisting the organization’s HR function by keeping personnel records up to date
Fluent in English speaking and writing with pleasant personality for guests/visitors dealings. Conversant with secretarial services handling. Preferably smart female candidate capable to work in pressure.
