3 – 5 years’ experience in the supervisory role in the hospitality industry
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, POS), IDS knowledge preferred
Thorough Knowledge of IDS or any property management system is required

Manage all front office and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
Work closely and maintain interdepartmental connection
Comply with all health and safety regulations
The ability to think critically over front office issues and proffer cost-effective solutions and report to the management
Proficiency in the use of information and communication technology tools is a plus for prospective managers
Project professionalism at all the time
Well-developed communication and customer relations skills
Highly organized, results-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
Good leadership and quick decision making
