Job Description

  • Greeting and welcoming guests, receiving and delivering all incoming and outgoing mail and packages. 
  • Online booking knowledge. 
  • Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office. 
  • Performing all check-in and check-out tasks. 
  • Managing online and phone reservations. 
  • Informing customers about payment methods and verifying their credit card data.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Coordinate with  housekeeping department and manage room cleaning shedule  
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements
  • Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette.
  • Managing reservations and providing information about rooms rates and amenities.
  • Ultimately you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guest.
