Roles and responsibilities of this job

Greeting and welcoming guests, receiving and delivering all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Online booking knowledge.
Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Performing all check-in and check-out tasks.
Managing online and phone reservations.
Informing customers about payment methods and verifying their credit card data.
Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events
Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Coordinate with housekeeping department and manage room cleaning shedule
Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements
Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette.
Managing reservations and providing information about rooms rates and amenities.
Ultimately you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guest.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Minimum +2 in Hotel Management
Should have knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and emails, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Express
Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Should be fluent in English with pleasant personality
Should be able to use software
