Job Description

  • Answer telephones courteously and direct calls to appropriate staff/department if necessary
  • Greet and welcome visitors, ascertain the purpose of visit and notify the concerned staff/department
  • Direct the visitors  to appropriate staff/department on permission 
  • Maintain record of visitors, calls, mails and messages
  • Operate office equipment and systems such as voice mail messaging systems, Viber, messenger and relevant social media
  • Process billing and collection using Medipro software
  • Use word processing, spreadsheet, and other software applications to maintain records, prepare reports, letters and case histories
  • Receive and route messages and documents such as laboratory results to appropriate staff/department
  • Compile reports and correspondences of Home Care & Centre Care
  • Transmit correspondence and medical records by mail, email and social media
  • Perform various clerical and administrative functions, such as ordering and maintaining an inventory of supplies
  • Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Optimize clients' satisfaction through proper appointments and coordination of on time delivery of messages and services
  • Keep patient appointments on schedule
  • Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information
  • Help clients in distress by responding to emergencies
  • Protects clients' rights by maintaining the confidentiality of personal and financial information
