Department: Front Office
Reports To: Primary reporting line to the Hotel Manager at The Nanee. Secondary reporting line to the Corporate Director of Rooms at ELTC.
Responsibility Level: Mid Management
Key Responsibilities:
- You must attend on duty on time and adhere with the hotel grooming policies at all times.
- The Front Office Duty Manager is to work closely with the Hotel Manager at all times to ensure the maximum result in terms of guest and team satisfaction.
- Your service offered must be provided sincere, warm and with enthusiasm ensuring that all guests and team members are comfortable in their surroundings.
- You must take the time to get to know the guests and team and be committed to service excellence while being creative and considering each guests and team members individual needs.
- You are required to attend/conduct the daily briefing for the Front Office / Housekeeping Team while ensuring to cascade all important information and changes to the team as per the SOP.
- You must have an excellent product knowledge of the entire hotel and being fully aware of the daily information and activities including and not limited to all products, hours.
- Attend and/or lead management and team meetings and training classes together with the Hotel Manager
- Have a clear communication with the Hotel Manager and team at all times.
- Attend management meeting including and not limited to profit and loss meeting, other revenue meetings, daily morning meeting.
- Provide a proper hand over to the following shift while communicating all necessary information including and not limited to pending guest requests requiring further follow up, guest complaints and other related tasks or performance related matters.
