Baber Mahal Vilas is seeking an entry-level Front Office Associate to join our team. As a Front Office Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department
Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Assist with room reservations and inquiries
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Follow all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager
