Receptionist

Sodasi Salon and Spa is looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly and ensure a pleasant customer experience.
• Answer phone calls and inquiries in a professional manner.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments.
• Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Coordinate with salon and spa staff regarding appointments and client requirements.
• Manage client records and update information as needed.
• Promote salon and spa services, packages, and products to clients.
• Assist with administrative and office tasks as assigned.
