Job Description

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, routing them to the appropriate individuals or departments.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings as needed.
  • Maintain an organized and clean reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and office supply management.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Handling work related to Insurance, including processing claims and coordinating with Insurance provider.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless front office operations.
  • Performing any additional tasks or projects assigned by the organization to meet evolving needs and priorities.
