  • Knowledge in MS-Word and MS-Excel

  • Ability to work in a team
  • Knowledge on the documentation required against any responsibilities assigned

Job Description

  • Phone handling and maintaining call register
  • Making necessary calls and transferring the call 
  • Entertaining visitors
  • Photocopying and scanning
  • Maintain important contacts of the organization
  • Maintain meeting hall booking display panel
  • Maintain reference number register/book for any letter or requests issued by the organization
  • Co-ordinate and communicate with the security guard
  • View CCTV surveillance and report any issues 
  • Payment to suppliers and maintain bill passing register
  • Any other job as assigned by the supervisor

For both the positions, preference will be given to candidates from ethnic minority.
