Global Select is looking for a friendly, professional, and dynamic Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. If you have a passion for customer service, enjoy managing communications, and are social media savvy, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients, students, and visitors with a warm and professional attitude
• Answer incoming phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate department
• Provide accurate information about our services, study programs, and processes
• Call clients and students for follow-ups, reminders, or information sharing
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for counselors and advisors
• Keep the reception area organized, clean, and welcoming
• Assist in basic administrative duties and data entry
• Manage and update the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Help promote upcoming events, information sessions, and campaigns online

• Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service/admin role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Professional appearance and time management
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content posting
• Ability to multitask and work independently
